Editorial & Data Policy

AE Profile is a business directory for the United Arab Emirates. This page explains where our listing information comes from, what it does and does not mean, and how to correct or remove a listing.

Where listing data comes from

Listings are compiled from three sources:

  • Publicly available information — a business's own website, published contact details, and public regulator registries.
  • Direct submissions — information sent to us by the business owner or an authorised representative.
  • Published industry directories — such as insurance provider network lists. Where a listing draws on a dated source, we state the date.

What a listing does not mean

Inclusion in AE Profile is not an endorsement, recommendation, accreditation, or ranking. We are not paid to include a business, and we do not sell placement or position. A listing means only that the business appears in our directory.

Verification

We check listing details against a business's own website or an official registry where one is available. Where we cannot confirm a detail, we leave the field blank rather than estimate it. We do not display a verification badge unless the business itself has claimed and confirmed its listing with us.

Accuracy and how to report a problem

Business details change. Opening hours, phone numbers, licensing status and service offerings can become outdated between our checks. Always confirm details directly with the business before relying on them.

If a listing is inaccurate, outdated, or should not be published, email info@ae-profile.com with the listing URL. Correction and removal requests from a business owner are actioned within 5 business days at no charge.

Healthcare listings

Healthcare facility listings are directory entries only. They are not medical advice and are not a recommendation of any provider. Licensing must be confirmed with the relevant authority: the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), or the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) for the Northern Emirates.

Reviews

Reviews are submitted by site visitors. We remove reviews that are abusive, contain personal data, or appear to be submitted by the business itself or a competitor. We do not write, buy, or solicit reviews, and we do not remove a review because a business dislikes it.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content and have no influence on whether a business is listed or how it appears.
